ABOUT MY PRACTICE
After you make contact, I will arrange an initial session for you at a convenient time, lasting 50 minutes. Therapy & Coaching can be a big step and during our first chat, you can decide whether you like my energy and approach. We can discuss your presenting issues and make a therapy plan. People normally require a few sessions but how many you want to do is up to you. Sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly basis.
I provide a confidential safe and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, that may be difficult to discuss with friends or family.

I work from a person-centred perspective placing great importance on the therapeutic relationship, which empowers you to find your own answers. I draw on concepts in existential philosophy (what it is to be human) and engage a humanistic and integrative approach drawing on different modalities from time to time.

My role will be to listen, bringing your attention to things you might not have noticed, suggesting things to consider, and assisting you in exploring a different perspective. I will help you deepen your understanding of yourself.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will be charged at the full rate.
